Description:
SBA Empress is a first class quality female with strong bone and highly desirable fleece quality. Crimped bundles show into her neck, bip and lower leg area. Her dense fibre coverage extends down to her toes. Her face has a nicely squared muzzle and good fibre coverage. SBA Empress comes from proven and accomplished bloodlines. Both her grandsires are well known Canadian herdsires from the Sollocota lineage, a herd in Peru known for fine fibred animals retaining fineness with age.
Her dam is a Reserve Champion and retains a fine fibre coverage with beautiful brightness. Her sire's solid white fibre is very uniform in fineness as expressed in a very low SD of 3.9 with tremendous staple length in the 2005 clip. Empress's quality in form and fibre has been recognized in the show ring with 2 Grand Championships under three well known judges.
